BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Resi D’Elite — Premium Vacation Rentals
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% advance deposit
and written confirmation from our reservations team.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking.
Remaining 50% is due before check-in.
Advance payments must be made via bank transfer or online payment.
Remaining balance may be paid in cash, bank transfer, or card (where available — confirm with our team at time of booking).

After making your payment, WhatsApp your payment proof to 0321-5555255 to confirm your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the advance deposit will be refunded within 5 working days. The remaining 50% of the advance is non-refundable.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION
A valid CNIC or Passport is mandatory for every guest staying at the property. Copies must be provided to the property manager on arrival. This is a legal requirement under Pakistani law. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
The listed nightly rate applies to the standard guest capacity stated in the property listing. Each additional guest beyond the stated capacity will be charged Rs. 5,000 per person per night, subject to maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests must be declared at the time of booking.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or any items within the premises during their stay. Any damages must be assessed and paid in full before checkout. Resi D’Elite reserves the right to charge for any damage discovered after checkout via the contact or payment details provided at booking.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Resi D’Elite is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their own valuables.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside any property.
No alcohol on premises.
No drugs or illegal substances.
No parties or gatherings beyond the declared guest count without prior written approval and additional event charges.
No unmarried couples.
No activities that violate Pakistani law.
Noise curfew: 10:00 PM in residential areas.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in clean condition.
EVENTS AND GATHERINGS
Properties with lawns or outdoor spaces may be available for private events at additional charges. All events must be pre-approved in writing by Resi D’Elite. Event pricing is separate from the nightly residential rate and must be confirmed before the event date.
DRIVER AND SECURITY STAFF
Personal drivers, guards, and domestic staff accompanying guests are not permitted in the main guest rooms. Separate accommodation may be arranged at additional charges upon request.
