Reservations
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% advance deposit and written confirmation from the Resi D’Elite reservations team via WhatsApp or email.
Payment
50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due before check-in. Advance payments must be made via bank transfer. Remaining balance may be settled in cash, bank transfer, or card where available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the advance deposit will be refunded within 5 working days.
Guest Requirements
A valid CNIC or Passport is required for every guest. No unmarried couples. No alcohol or drugs. No gatherings beyond declared guest count without prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
