Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made directly with Resi D’Elite via WhatsApp, website, or any other channel.

Reservation Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% advance deposit and written confirmation from our reservations team. Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.

Payment Terms

  • 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking
  • Remaining 50% is due before check-in
  • Advance payments must be made via bank transfer or online payment
  • Remaining balance may be paid in cash, bank transfer, or card where available — confirm with our team at booking

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: non-refundable
  • Cancellations more than 7 days before arrival: 50% of advance deposit refunded within 5 working days. The remaining 50% of the advance is non-refundable.

Guest Identification

A valid CNIC or Passport is mandatory for every guest staying at the property. Copies must be provided to the property manager on arrival. This is a legal requirement. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

Additional Guests

The listed nightly rate applies to the standard guest capacity. Each additional guest beyond the stated capacity will be charged Rs. 5,000 per person per night, subject to maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests must be declared at booking.

Damage and Liability

Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Damages must be assessed and paid before checkout. Resi D’Elite reserves the right to charge for damage discovered after checkout.

Personal Belongings

Resi D’Elite is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

House Rules

  • No smoking inside any property
  • No alcohol on premises
  • No drugs or illegal substances
  • No parties beyond the declared guest count without prior written approval
  • No unmarried couples
  • No activities violating Pakistani law
  • Noise curfew: 10:00 PM in residential areas

Events and Gatherings

Properties with outdoor spaces may be available for private events at additional charges. All events must be pre-approved in writing by Resi D’Elite. Event pricing is separate from the nightly residential rate.

Driver and Security Staff

Personal drivers and security staff are not permitted in the main guest rooms. Separate accommodation may be arranged at additional charges upon request.
